Deposit Nightmare
I’ve been waiting for over four months to get my agreed-upon deposit back, and the process has been a nightmare. They keep telling me the accounting department has mailed it, yet it’s apparently been "lost in the mail" three times. The customer service is atrocious—calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and the office staff seems to do whatever they please with no regard for tenants. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
