I’m here 18 years and yes in the past I would have always given a 5.It has nothing to do with the maintenance crew nor ther office staff.They all do an amazing job.It’s unfortunately management.When I first moved here it was beautiful.Those who lived here cared about where they lived.Now unfortunately we are loaded with renters who just don’t care and it seems that they rent to just anybody without totally checking them out.The gate is constantly broken we have people using our pool who don’t... live here and just destroy what once was so beautiful .The rent here isn’t cheap and so therefore it angers me.Let’s be a lot more careful when renting.

The appliances are old and no one seems to care about upkeep. I don’t believe the property manager walks the property to see what can be upgraded other than that the residents and the location of the property is great. I love the area

Maintenance crew are awesome. Super quick and attentive. Office staff can be a little hard to get ahold of though. Place is very quiet and well maintained. Overall a great place to live. Close to everything you may need.
