Poor Management & Maintenance – Had to Buy My Own Fridge!
I moved into Ascent at Windward in November, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The management and maintenance staff are completely irresponsible. My refrigerator has been broken for over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have done nothing to resolve the issue.
Living without a working fridge is extremely inconvenient, and I was forced to buy a mini refrigerator just to store my essentials. Yet, the management shows no urgency or concern for their residents.... Their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
If you’re considering moving here, beware—basic maintenance requests are ignored, and you’ll be left dealing with issues on your own. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and responsive apartment community.
