Not Surprised
After such a great tour of this place my Surprise has turned into Not Surprised. Seemed to be an issue with the online app my information did not come out correctly on the app I called and called and emailed and emailed spoke to Pilar and Gaby several times Pilar told me oh not a problem go ahead and pay and any information that needs to be corrected the manager can correct it I called and called 2 3 4times a day I have yet to hear from a Manager. Well my app was ran with the wrong information... not once but twice. Disappointed is to say the least of how I feel. I actually stood by the front door of the office and called I wont throw anyone under the bus I saw the phone lite up they looked at the phone (caller id) and continued working no one was sitting at the desk so they cannot say they were busy. Surprised turned into Not Surprised....
