They do not fix anything.

I have been staying for a while. They have changed management at least 4 times. They do not send out written notices about anything going on with the property. I have had a leaking fridge for 4 months now. My fan in the bathroom has stopped working and the bathroom is accruing mold. There resident portal is always down so you can not submit a ticket. You have to go into the office and nothing still gets done. One thing for sure they want their rent on time!!!!
