“Safety is not our responsibility!”
Don’t move here. They don’t have guest parking. Your guest will have to pay to park across the street. And their car WILL HAVE A BUSTED WINDOW BY 12am. In 10 months I’ve had 6 guest and 5 of them have had their car broke into. Some as early as 10pm.
I’ve seen other ppl mid day.
I told the manager and she said “we can’t and don’t ensure your safety”
But they are clearly being negligent to our safety.
The parking is safer on Simpson (the Main Street for both buildings) BUT good luck finding a... spot and parking there expires at 7am, so by 7:01am you will have a $35 ticket. (Coincidence???)
Walk around both buildings and you will see and smell dog poop at every entrance except the main entrance.
I’m writing this review while waiting on them to remove a boot from my car in the PARKING SPOT I PAY MONTHLY FOR! I’m 2 hrs late for work.
3rd time this has happened.
It’s a third party that does the boots. To strategically avoid accountability. MAA blames the boot company and the boot company blames MAA.
But let me explicitly say YOUR GUEST WILL HAVE A BUSTED WINDOW. I’m so serious.
Every morning I walk my dog and see fresh broken glass in the pay for parking on SIMPSON AND WILLIAMS.
This “luxury” property has too many surrounding issues.
