Maintenance is a nightmare A month ago when hurricane Helene hit I had flooding in my apt. Cleaning up the mess I realized I had existing water damage I'm my living room corner and front door. My baseboards were water stained and growing black mold. This is considered an emergency maintenance request. It took maintenance 3 weeks to bring a dehumidifier and another week to just paint over my baseboards and now they marked my request as completed. In addition, I pretty much went into the office... every week to follow up on my request since no one ever picks up the phone there. Needless to say, I'm still dealing with the mold and yet again have to go to the office to talk to them.
