Elliot Norcross Apartments

I have lived AKI for a year and the maintenance is horrible there is little time for the bathroom ceiling to fall on my head when it rains the water enters through the walls and the kitchen connections do not work and they never have time to come to repair anything they only know how to ignore

We needed to move quickly so this apartment complex was good to rush you in... but for the things we are experiencing, we would have much rather looked elsewhere and got our monies worth. We were moved in by Edna who was FANTASTIC & attentive to getting things taken care of but we can see that since then, the leasing staff has completely changed. We moved in & outlets did not work, our heater did not work, our stove has broken in 6 months, pest control DOES NOT EXIST and mold quickly formed on... our bathroom ceiling from the upstairs neighbor bathroom leaks. Kids are running around the entire complex from morning til night. Since we moved in two have already been hit by cars. Large groups of teenagers congregating in front of people’s apartment doors to smoke weed in buildings THEY DO NOT LIVE IN. Bottom level apartments do not have a closed in balcony & people will walk all on your property messing with your things. Police are always in the complex due to crimes constantly happening. The new leasing staff is terrible & their lack of consideration for their tenants shows. We are far from comfortable here and if you are on an apartment hunt.... please.... keep looking. Read More

I have recently began renting my apartment home at Vida apartments. The apartment it’s self is large and beautifully renovated! The grounds are well kept and manicured. The staff is very helpful and friendly.The maintenance personnel are responsive and friendly! They are doing a lot of renovations throughout the property. I’m certain it will be an even more lovely place when done.

The 4 stars above must be bought and paid for. This place is a dump. They don't renovate, they paint and do a terrible job off it. They spread a tissue paper thin laminate over existing flooring without even sweeping before they do. Same with the carpet...they carpet over things left on the floor. The cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchens are probably original to 1972 and should have been replace 20 years ago. They don't do any form of snow removal. It is dangerous to walk around because the... tenants ignore stops signs, speed limits, and speed bumps. Read More
