Great apartments !

The apartments are beautiful& spacious. We moved here in December 2024 & things have been great.
Clean outdoors the maintenance is nice, quick, superb, & helpful. The leasing staff is nice always nice. Kudos to the hiring department. Also they are remodeling the pool so it should be ready by summer for the kids.
Everyone minds their business and is welcoming. It definitely feels like home. Maintenance is quick & meticulous. The leasing staff is always here to help out . They are quick with... responding to anything. The leasing staff agent Erika was fast & informative with everything. The maintenance men Judson & Harold are Always accommodating & quick . Very quiet & peaceful definitely 10/10

Noise and loud music is becoming too much doing quiet hours. Breezeway needs cleaning after receiving notice that it will be pressure wash. Repairing cars in parking lot has become excessive while playing loud music when repairing cars.

My experience so far has been pretty good! the staff is friendly and helpful and the area is nice. I've had some issues with maintenance because they don't show up after a problem has been reported. I'm convinced there is no maintenance. Also the valet trash that we pay for has only been picked up maybe 7-9 times in the last 5 months and the pool never opened this summer. I'm not sure what going on with that but I love where I stay, I just wish the amenities (maintenance, valet trash and pool)... were working or reliable.

There has been many issues. From before love in all the way to now. It looks nice, but the people in the office are the worst. They may act nice, but it seems as if they don’t know how to do their job. They also love to lie, they tell you what they think you want to hear. I’m an up front kind of person and I’d rather hear it’s going to take three weeks and it takes three weeks. But for them to say it will take a three days and it takes three weeks is something that will is unacceptable.
