I enjoy the front office and Love the new apartment. The environment is lovely it’s quiet and Peaceful. No complaints right now Hopefully it continues.

Overall a nice place to live. Aside from the average things people have to deal with at most apartments it’s been pleasant living here. Maintenance is fast. New management could do better with communication.

If we being honest the I been here since 2017 and the property have changed over a few times offcie and maintenance staff. I was extremely upset at the beginning of this month when I had to pay for a mistake the property did. The gym needs new equipment, pool has not been open for 2 years now. The pool gate is broken. I will have to go to the office this week to see what going on with the gate whenever I get a guest I have to go up tbere to let them in my phone in not being called just a busy... sound is being made. I could go on but it is definitely not the worst property. This offcie staff is nice and helpful and it seems like things are trending in the right direction. Time will tell.

Rent is too high pool been out of service for the whole year and the gym is terrible...all they do in the leasing office is lie to the tenants
