Clean facility. The amenities are also maintained. Definitely feels like resort-style living. Lived here for almost 3 years with no regrets.

We love living at The Everly. The management and staff are amazing, the apartment is spacious, and you can’t beat the location. Any problems with the unit are immediately addressed by the onsite maintenance staff. Management immediately takes care of concerns. It is a great place to live.
We continue to have two issues- owners or corporate management do not make necessary repairs that are beyond the scope of our maintenance staff and local management.. The cabinet doors in the units need... replacing as the finish has pulled away from the wood underneath. All of our cabinet doors are affected. It has gotten worse and they won’t do anything about it. Also, our porch ceiling has had mold and water damage for over a year and they will not approve the repair.
We love it here and are living with these issues, but we are paying top dollar for a luxury unit with luxury finishes. We aren’t getting what we pay for. We don’t want to move as we love the location and our unit otherwise.

I have decided to renew my lease. I love the location of our homes and the lobby’s atmosphere in the main building. I also appreciate how helpful and friendly the management staff are.

It’s a good apartment to live in. We have enjoyed it so far. There are a few things that need changing but hopefully they will get to it! Other than that most of the staff is very nice
