This property is HORRIBLE!!!!!
First, I want to express my disappointment with the management team's lack of responsiveness. When I moved in, I was promised stainless steel appliances. However, it took three months to receive all of them: the dishwasher arrived in the first month, the stove in the second, and the refrigerator in the third.
In the three months I've lived here, I've submitted over 10 maintenance requests. These include issues like running toilets, falling shower curtains, a roach infestation, no heat for days,... and a front door lock that fell off, making it impossible to secure my home. Additionally, I was unfairly charged $200 for a toothbrush that had been stuck in one of the toilets for years, according to the offsite technician who finally came to service it two months later. Despite this, the toilet still runs nonstop.
The valet trash service is unreliable, yet we are still required to pay the monthly fee. The mailboxes are broken into four times a week, which is not surprising given how easily the entire panel can be removed.
This has been the worst move I have ever made.

We're truly sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience in our property. Your concerns are not taken lightly and we want you to know that your comfort is important to us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the late delivery of appliances... and the various maintenance issues you encountered. It's obvious there was a failing on our part in addressing these serious problems such as roach infestation, heating issues, and security matters promptly and effectively.
We appreciate your feedback on the unreliable valet trash service and frequent mailbox break-ins - concerns like these will be taken up with higher management for immediate action. It's unfortunate that we failed to meet your expectations, but we assure you this isn't typical at our property. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so it can be addressed.
