Excelente comunidad!

Siempre he recibido en Rosemont un muy buen trato, es una comunidad tranquila para vivir. De parte de la administración siempre he encontrado muy buena receptividad y disposición para resolver situaciones. La Sra Janina muy dispuesta y amable para atender. Hasta el momento la convivencia es muy amena nada fuera de lo común, es un lugar para vivir en sana paz y tranquilidad que se requiere al escoger un lugar para vivir.

0 stars is what the ratings should be

I’m baffle seeing this complex have 4 stars on this site. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. If you like living with roach infestations this is the place for you. If you’re okay with everything fall apart left and right then move on in. If you want to pay $30 a month for valet trash to not have your trash picked up for days or weeks at a time this is the place for you. I’m telling you SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

disgusting

I sincerely do not recommend anyone to stay here. Terrible place not worth the money. Not a single person in the administration wants to do anything. During this summer, my air conditioner broke down about 6 times. And no one can help me with this, but for some reason I have to pay the full cost for a faulty air conditioner. Moreover, since my arrival, I have had a million problems: a crazy neighbor, flooding, mold, a broken toilet, a permanently closed pool. I just hope you see my review and... don't waste your money.

They are upgrading the dog park!

That’s only thought it couldn’t get any better. They’re adding a whole bunch of new stuff to the dog park. We can’t wait!
