Love to live close to the River and downtown Roswell. The community is well kept and has been getting quite a few upgrades/renovations in the past few days. Fairly priced and great customer service by their team. Location is amazing and the schools are pretty good too. Come check it out for yourselves.

Roaches , Rats and no AC . I feel like brick building in Harlem NY . Trash everywhere and no valet trash even though you are charged $25 they never come.

This place is a trash hole. Not taken care of, not safe and you can never reach anyone in the office because their phone are always disconnected ! Don’t move here.

I lived here with my fiancé, roomate, and newborn for a little under a year; the best interaction I had with management was breaking my lease early to move to a different complex.

From day 1 they were dishonest with us; we were in a time crunch for the north and they would not let us inspect the unit until the day of move in. On the day in question light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling, windows would not shut, and there was extensive water damage in the kitchen (we thought it was from... the broken dishwasher, which never got replaced).

Fast forward a few months and we have water coming out of our lighting and up from the floors. Mold is growing in the nursery faster than we can kill it and management won’t do anything other than schedule meetings that they don’t show up to.

We managed to find a similarly priced apartment nearby so there’s absolutely no reason to waste your money on this place when you can live someplace cleaner and safer. Read More

This place is a joke! The management is nonexistent. They will lie to your face about maintenance requests. My dishwasher has been broken for months and they simply don’t care and they will tell you anything under the sun to get you out of their office. We(as residents) can’t even call the office because their phone lines are being switched to a new company. It’s been that way for weeks. It doesn’t take weeks to switch my service so I can only assume that they don’t want to deal with their... residents . There was a fire above my apartment and the fire department called the emergency line to inform them about the fire and it just rang and rang . No one ever picked up.
There was a home invasion and shooting, last week, in the complex. People have rats in their apartments and don’t get me started on the roaches . Please! Save yourself the aggravation and don’t rent here. Read More
