Highlander Housekeeping and Grounds crew are the best!
Joe, resident manager has had all the answers for me. Stanley, Debbie, Jonathan, Nathan on security, couldn't ask for a better team. Pleased as punch!

What they don’t tell you
Building security and office manager friendly and great! There is No parking anywhere close minus assigned parking stall if you are lucky to only own one vehicle or get one of the few double parking spots.The residents manager is VERY mean, when you have an issue he will tell you to go away and tell you to refer to the “house rules”. If your concern doesn’t directly effect whether he keeps his job he WILL NOT help you with your issue. I don’t know how he keeps his job but please have a... conversation with this man before you sign a year Or more agreement with this building. I’ve only been here a week and I’m sure if I would have met him before signing I would most definitely NOT have moved in here. The gym in this building is a joke.
