Location, Location

I love apartment because of the location . On one direction Its five blocks from Chinatown, thirty feet from closest bus stop, two blocks from five major bus lines. Three blocks the other direction are artist lofts and part of the latest residential development in Honolulu.

My apartment building is carefully maintained by a residential manager who looks like a gang member wearing dark sun glasses and a black bandana but he is like our big brother watching and taking care of us.

The building...
is part condo and senior citizens one side and the condo owners on the other half,so its a nice mix with the quiet seniors and owners working all the time.

The building is located next to a fire station which gives us great solace. Across the street is a church and a graveyard so there is little noise except on Sundays. The apartment is three blocks from the beach and four blocks from Ward Theaters, at least thirty restaurants, Dave & Busters and the Ala Moana Center.
I would love to have my rent taken care for life since I am a very active senior of 72yrs living on Social Security and with money saved be able to live my dream life of travel.
Hopefully I would meet a new partner with neon blue hair on cruise ships.
Hey, I'm grateful for what I have and the simple things in life; sunsets, rainbows, sounds of birds, wind, rain and happy people.
Keif
