Used to be better I’ve lived here for 4-5 years. The last two years have been the worst. For one nobody responds to emails or answers the main line. I’ve been paying for pest control and nobody comes and sprays. the other day I had 3 wasps in my apartment. I’m also allergic so this is a problem. The stink bugs are bad as well. I put maintenance requests and they don’t get fixed. Door frame on the balcony is broken, so I can’t even crack the door to let a breeze in. there’s holes in my ac frame,... the thermostats is broken and they put the wrong type that belongs with central heating and air systems on so it still doesn’t control the heat, my bathroom sink has a dribble of water coming out all of a sudden, the bathtub paint is fully chipped off. I have to manually control it from the baseboard system. There’s a charge for utilities and nobody has explained that to me. The laundry facilities ruin clothes. The dryers have holes in the back of them that rip your clothing. The prices keep raising yet the quality of the place is going down. I’d love to have my emails responded to AT LEAST. Instead of feeling like I’m ignored and not taken seriously
