Sq Ft advertised includes the garage. As others point out, they never fix anything. Getting snow removed only happens after you threaten to not pay rent.

Property manager is rude and hardly ever on the premises. Maintenance is unprofessional. The once had a good maintenance man who knew his stuff, but the got rid of him because they no longer wanted to pay a professional. We have had creatures living in our walls, and although we asked them to do something to get rid of the problem, they never did, and we still hear scratching in the walls and occasionally get a whiff of something that died in there. Now, the awful property manager is refusing to... renew our lease, although we have been here for ten years, have ALWAYS paid our rent in full before the first, and have been good tenants. Horrible management that cares nothing for the tenants. NOT a good place to rent anymore.

Property management staff Barb and Sandy are rude and unprofessional. Always on the defense like they are perfect and their renters are scum. Instead of working with you as a renter to fix any issues, they prefer to argue as to why things can or can't be done. As a previous reviewer stated, it's like pulling teeth to get them to respond to any maintenance or service request. Clearly after 2 years that issue still hasn't changed. The money they charge for these units are NOT worth the price and... it goes up every year. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone in charge. Office staff can't keep anyone employed in the office and will avoid you like the plague if you've pissed them off for not doing their job appropriately. Took over 6 months to get a leaky fridge that was older than 30 years old and a health hazard, replaced and when I finally couldn't take it anymore, they replaced it with a fridge of the same age from a vacant unit. Kept giving me the run around as to why I couldn't get a new fridge. Dryer broke twice. Took over a month to get it "fixed". Furnace broke twice, gave excuses as to why they couldn't respond 2 times in the same day. If I complain about my apartment being cold then there is definitely something wrong and they are required by law to provide heat. No one is on the same page at this place. There is a train that runs through the backyard, people say you get use to it... only when the bedroom window is closed you do. On the positive side, the 2 or 3 maintenance workers they have are really nice and mostly helpful when they actually respond. Also, the neighborhood is generally quiet. Save yourself the headache and don't even consider living here.
