Orchard Lakes Apartments

I have been here almost 3 years and I absolutely love it for me and my children the school is in walking distance and the staff is amazing, any questions or concerns they are on it the office manager Liz is awesome she is always there for any of my questions, I really have enjoyed living here the building is quiet and my neighbors are fantastic!!! Anything that happens they are here immediately to help couldn’t ask for a better place to live :)

I broke my lease to get out of here. I lost thousands of dollars of personal property due to the frequent flooding of the parking lot (mainly tools in my garage) and rodents destroying my patio furniture. There were several times guests were unable to find parking due to the illegally parked cars and abandoned vehicles. My garage was blocked from getting in and out when they got around to plowing the snow. The hallways are filthy from years of grime and the carpeting has turned black. My… apartment reeked of marijuana and cigarettes and I don't even smoke. Noisy neighbors kept me up at all hours of the night. The security door was jammed open so packages were always getting stolen. Some of the apartments in my building were over occupied which caused me to get roaches in my apartment. It would be weeks before housekeeping came. I reported vomit in the hallway and it was left there for over a week. In all the time I was living there, my dryer vents were never cleaned. I asked a neighbor when they would be cleaned and he said they never have in the five years he lived there. Garbage litters the hallways. I went 6 days without hot water because I was told "it was not an emergency". Many times when I went to the office it was opened late or closed early. This complex is a disgrace. Read More

Any other apartment complex would be better than this one. They put the cheapest appliances, paint and flooring and when it breaks they try to blame and charge you. The entryway look like slum The hallways stink of cigarette. Tennis courts…haha. They are locked and have such huge cracks it’s not playable. The office is never available. They have hours posted but they come and go as they please. Steer clear!!!
