Don’t. Just don’t
They will raise your rent by an unprecedented amount at the end of your original lease. Don’t be pulled in by the beautiful building and grounds.

The building and grounds are stunning. I'm a sucker for brick and the conversion of the historical building with the modern upgrades is exactly what I had dreamed of. There are lots of quaint, quirky shops in the local area and I can easily get to T into boston for work. I love it here!

I am eager to move out of Radio Factory. It is one of the worst managed properties I have lived at, and on top of this, it's important to note that I am generally very understanding of how hard it can be to manage apartments but this place misses the mark every time. Management never responds to emails. It takes weeks of persistent attempts to get a half-baked response. They do not address resident concerns. The fire alarms go off at least 3 times a month throughout the entire building (assuming... because of faulty wiring... if it rains/snows, it seems even more likely to happen) and the management refuses to address the issue or any resident concerns about it. Often times, the alarm goes off between 12:00am - 5:00am. It terrifies my pet and ruins our quality of life. There is black mold all throughout the windowsills, and anytime it gets very cold, the windows frost/freeze over... on the inside. Literal frost forms. There is always moisture buildup around the windows on the inside and it's alarming. Management does very little to address community issues and loud residents. People jump and run around throughout the halls and it's never addressed. The walls are paper thin and we can hear our neighbors open their blinds, and their pets barking/howling all day long. Property management's response to disruptions in the community is apathetic at best, and takes at least two months to get any sort of halfway answer from them. Staff is almost never present in the lobby/their offices. Almost every time I go downstairs, the offices are dark and doors are locked throughout the day. Phone calls are rarely answered. Everything got worse after Windsor took over the property - especially communication to residents and community presence. Our quality of life is not very good here, and it has made working from home almost unbearable. Which is too bad, because the property is very attractive. Because of the experience we've had living here, we are avoiding Windsor owned properties at all costs. We'll pay a higher rent just to avoid Windsor management.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble here. Please know that we take problems in the community very seriously and want to address these for you. We were able to address the fire alarms as well... as the moisture on the windows and since February 6th we have had no more reports of condensation on the inside of the windows and have cleaned any affected areas on windowsills and walls. Please know that we are staffed Monday- Friday 9am-6 pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 12pm-5pm. We would love to discuss all of this further with you and set up a time to meet. Please email us at RadioFactory@WindsorCommunities.com so we can arrange a meeting. Thank you Regan Szekely Proeprty Manager

Jack Flats by Windsor has proved to be the best place I could have selected to move to. Im always amazed at the lengths the office and maintenance staffs will go to, to make sure your experience living here is the best it can be. This was the right move for me.
