Overall this is a beautiful community , the grounds are very well taken care of and when I need anything taken care of in my home or on my account Najia is very quick with responding to my concerns.

The apartments here are AWFUL. There are spiders, centipedes, roaches, ants, mice... you name it, you’ll find it at pickwick. Just AWFUL. Maintenance never actually solves any of the issues they just try to conceal it however they can. The appliances are outdated and the carpet is gross. They’ve been renovating some of the apartments, but don’t be fooled there will always be underlying issues. The walls are cracking and caving in. I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling that’s leaking. Save... yourself the stress and discomfort, there are better apartment complexes around please don’t waste your time or money here.
