I love it here! The staff are nice and maintenance is very responsive. The stairways are my only complaint as the walls are dirty and the stairs can be messy at times. Looking past that the apartment is fantastic.

I've been at the Pinnacle since 2013, and I have personally witnessed the changes to the properties - both positive and negative.
However, the reason my rating is lower than it usually is, is because I have been noticing a lot of unleashed dogs - particularly pit bulls. I have nothing against pit's, but the owners have to follow the rules like everyone else, and their dogs need to be leashed. It's gotten to where I have to make sure I have protection on me in case I'm attacked whenever I... leave my apartment.
Also, it's my understanding that the property management company didn't allow certain dogs on the premises - even as 'emotional support' animals. I would appreciate it if the property managers enforced this rule.
Other than that, I appreciate that the staff are very responsive, and I can tell they work hard to make sure all of the tenants are taken care of. I also like that the grounds are kept up and cleaned.

Really nice neighborhood close to everything including commuter bus to metro. Quite environment and clean. Check out the restaurants close by, just a walking distance

Great community surrounded by all major amenities within the vicinity. The Library, restaurants, commuter bus all close by a walking distance.
