Called their “emergency maintenance” line due to getting lockout of apartment. I was greeted with a AI requesting name and apartment info, which then led to saying their “on call maintenance” was notified and someone would reach out to me shortly.
It’s been 3 weeks and haven’t heard anything. Granted obviously I was able to get back in my apartment later that day by calling a third party lock smith, but the lack of response and concern from the pinnacle in that type of situation is crazy.
