It's a very neat and quiet environment. I like the fact that the air is not polluted. It is clean and pure.
The neighbors are friendly. The parking space is wide enough that whatever time you arrive, you can still get a spot to park. I feel at peace in this neighborhood.

Quiet neighborhood and feel safe living here. People are vetted well, no robberies or carjacks and people seem nice and friendly. Definitely recommend. Rent runs higher than expected

Renew is a nice community and really quiet and calm. Never really needed maintenance and neighbors aren’t typically noisy either. Would recommend.

Overall my experience here has been great. My concerns are always addressed. Any maintenance orders are addressed in a timely manner. I feel safe and would definitely recommend.

I have a spacious 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath that I was able to fit all my big furniture in comfortably. I love the fact that my apartment is walking distance to my place of work. Very quiet community and is directly across the street from Foundry Row shopping center. There is a market and other retail stores for my convenience.
