Highly Do Not Recommend
I had a few problems: so, I'll just list them off (this was 2019-2020).
They didn't furnish my bedroom -- which I paid for -- because they lost my contract. Our apartment had a deadbolt due to a prior issue and the first day they assured us it would be changed to a fob -- never happened. The fob to the clubhouse got changed in the middle of the lease; we were also assured we'd get new ones to match the new system -- never happened so I couldn't get into the gym or anything. They initially gave... me the wrong mailbox and bedroom keys. The new key I got for my mailbox didn't work, either. My bedroom key got stuck in my door since it was wrong; they had to break off my knob. Ordered the wrong knob , eventually got one that worked, didn't show up to our scheduled maintenance time, then installed it incorrectly so I essentially didn't have a doorknob for the majority of my lease. There is trash everywhere, but I'd be especially careful if you have dogs because there is a lot of broken glass on the ground. I've met multiple people who had to take their pets to the vet to get glass removed from their paws -- which can be incredibly expensive. It is incredibly difficult to get out of a lease for any reason. I would say it isn't possible, but who knows -- maybe there's one circumstance I'm not aware of. I actively looked to sublet for about 4 months and never got any inquiries. This isn't huge, and it may not be their fault, but the company they use to collect our monthly utility payments charges processing fees, which is expected, but the processing fee was usually at least 40% of my monthly bill and theres no way to get out of that.
There's more, but I think that's enough. I want to say the people who work there do not seem rude -- they're nice, but things just do not get done correctly and then rarely get fixed later on. On a higher scale, they act like they don't care about their renters much at all.
