maintenance has been iffy, they were very quick to come in and put our fridge in our apartment (we did not have one in our apartment on move in day) they took over 1 week to get us our new dryer and they never updated us during that time on what was going on (we were told originally that it would only take 2 days) nobody ever called me back when i called the office multiple times about our dryer either

The community has basic features which feel exciting at first, but there are some next level features that would make the apartment complex much better. Specifically having an app to unlock the doors/to let people in would be a huge improvement.

A rough start and I’ve got roaches in my apartment but everyone has been so nice and kind! I was able to get a hold and make a maintenance request very easily. They are on top of it with the roaches which is really nice.

I just moved in and so far things are going great! Getting in touch with management can be hard- they are understaffed for the size of the complex. But they are better with email so we are working it out.
