Not Worth the Money
I have been living here for almost two years and things have continued to decline even though rent continues to increase. Maintenance has let themselves into my apartment multiple times while I am home which is terrifying. I have been asking for the bike in the gym to be fixed for almost a year now and they just keep telling me it is “fixed” even though nothing has changed. The fob system has not worked at all since I moved in so the building is not secure. And now I have found COCKROACHES in my... apartment over the last several days and when I called the office to try to get help, they said I would need to wait 4 days until the pest management guy comes again.

As mentioned, our community conducts pest control every Wednesday, and we can also add you to the treatment schedule until we resolve the situation. Your comfort is our priority.
Regarding the fob system, we empathize with your frustration. Many residents, including ourselves, have faced challenges with it. We’ve worked with numerous vendors to improve the system, but we acknowledge it has its setbacks. If you have specific concerns about service team entries into your apartment, please reach out to us directly with your apartment number so we can assist you further.
