Excellent condominium, modern apartments, excellent neighbors, excellent location, excellent treatment from the team, they are respectful professionals and always help to solve any inconvenience. I have been living here for 6 years and I truly recommend it 100 percent.

The management team at Cortland Falls River has been excellent to work with. The phone lines are slightly challenging for contact with management, but email and going to the leasing office has been excellent.

Cortland Falls River is a great community with beautiful amenities and a great staff. It’s convenient to everything you need but you’ll be happy and comfortable right at home if your prefer. The units are lovely.

Price is high for quality of features, but it is a great location. Management and staff change often so it's hard to build a relationship with them. Maintenance is amazing and friendly.

I have toured these apartments a few times. I am very indecisive so I have to see stuff more than once. I really enjoyed every tour and the staff was very nice each time, I toured twice with Ms. Karen and she was so sweet and helpful! The apartments were beautiful, I still have not made a decision but this is at the top of my list!
