It takes a while for the office to reply to messages or phone calls. Sometimes is like there is no one at the office. I have stopped by and they are choosing not to answer phones. There are some issues with roaches and they do not care. But one of the most frustrating thing is they add the FETCH Package delivery to your rent and it sucks. They lose packages, they deliver to wrong apartments, they show up late, they are a terrible service. The office blames them and do not take responsabilty for... packages. But the office has a contract with them, so why not do something about it? This place is frustrating. Read reviews in other sites and you'll see what I mean.

Love my 1 bedroom. Community is safe and quiet. Rachel and Lorrie are wonderful in the office.

It's a quiet place with safe neighbourhood. Staff at the leasing office are very kind and helpful. It is close to my work and grocery stores. My wife and I are happy to live here.
