Serenity in South Charlotte!

Greenside ended up being the perfect choice for me! The amenities are amazing, and the location is unbeatable in the Charlotte area. Everything you need to get to is in walking distance making every day with free time an opportunity to go do or try something new! I have no regrets moving to Greenside!

Best Apartment

I love living here so much! It is in such a good location of Charlotte, near some of my favorite restaurants and stores. Not only is there a lot to do in the neighborhood but there are so many resident events in the building every month! You will never be bored!

Perfect Blend of Quality and Affordability

I have been living at Greenside for around 2 years and I can only say positive things about it. My favorite aspects about Greenside are their abundance of amenities, hospitable leasing office and extremely quick maintenance - all for a reasonable price. Jennifer, the property manager does an excellent job at addressing residents' concerns and maintaining a clean and respectful atmosphere.

Beautiful Apartments!

I wish that I knew about this community sooner! You can not beat the location. The staff made my apartment search an easy one. I love that they offer monthly community events, given the pandemic. The apartments are very modern and common areas are clean and well kept. Truly feels like home!

Love Living here!!

This is the best community I have ever lived at! The residents and staff are so friendly and the apartment is beautiful!! I love the vibe of Dilworth. Everyone is always out walking their dog. Its just great here!
