Cortland Mallard Creek is one of the best Cortland properties in North Charlotte. Many other communities I’ve toured or visited have seemed unsafe and the community doesn’t look clean. The Mallard Creek location is very clean and safe. I’ve had no problems the first 2 months I’ve lived here. Move in process was easy and the management staff is responsive. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a place that is quiet, safe, clean, and a great place to call home.

This apartment complex is grand. I’ve been here for years. It’s a great area with stores nearby. The prices for my renewals has been amazing, and I’ve got support all around from the staff when going through financial hiccups. The staff is the best part of Cortland Mallard Creek. 10/10

Quiet, comfortable community. The community is diverse and people seem generally friendly. Management is always helpful, although it's a bit of a pain that they are only onsite part of the week.
