I love the location and the amenities that The Griff has to offer, however, parking is sparse and theft has gotten so bad. They need a gated parking lot or 24/7 security. The thieves have gotten smart about security patrolling at night and started stealing items from cars/apartments/mailroom in broad daylight.

I moved in August, and love the place and I've had no issues. Linda, is the agent that showed me around and she was very helpful and helped me with a quick and easy decision after her tour.

Recently relocated from out of state and finding an apartment was remarkably difficult. We tried other complexes and had negative experiences until stumbling upon The Griff.
Our point of contact, Niki, was pleasant, informative and thorough.
The amount of back and forth and him keeping us up to date helped to streamline the process significantly.
We moved in with ease.
It was a wonderful experience in an otherwise stressful time. Now that we're new residents, we are delighted with the... property and positive that we made the right choice.

I’ve been here for a month and have had nothing but a great experience! The staff is so friendly and helpful with anything. The place is clean and the people are super friendly. Not too far from anything in the city either.
