I enjoy it here, The staff has always been amazing, the neighborhood is pretty quit and I’ve never had or have I seen any issues, just wish there was a gym here, or maybe some new kitchen appliances.

The community is friendly. It is a nice upgrade from the last place I lived. Sometimes when I have trouble unlocking my door people ask if I need help, which is sweet.

Communication from the office is very vague. Maintenance has fell off badly in the past few months, the job is not done correctly after several attempts.

Can’t get through to a representative when I call the office, the AI assistant, “Gina” picks up. I’ve been waiting for action on my work ticket for over a week. Was very hopeful for this location, as the rent is reasonable for a two bedroom. Should have known there’s be a weird catch.
