I applied for this apartment on January 17th. I was able to turn in all the paperwork and get my keys on January 24th. Thank you so much Ms. Jasmine for your hard work, dedication, support and your follow up. I’ve never seen a company work so fast to make this process smooth. Ms. Jasmine followed up every single day whether if it was by email or phone. Even though the 20th was a holiday, she followed up with me the next day. I just wanna thank you for your excellent customer service. Ms. Jasmine... has to be natural gift to care about the well-being of others and I really appreciate it!
