Amenities are great!

The gym is always open which is so convenient since I work late. The clubroom is so nice for parties and get togethers! I wanted to shout out James for helping me out during the tour! Thank you!

Great place to be!

We love our apartment at Modera Montville! The office staff are wonderful; they were super helpful from touring to moving in and helping with any issues or questions we had. Everything is high quality from the amenities to the appliances. We would recommend for anyone looking for a modern and peaceful place to live!

Lovely Property great staff

This building is so beautiful I can not believe I am living here. First off the staff is absolutely amazing and make the whole process a breeze. Caitlyn is really exceptional at making sure she responds to you and understands your needs. Move in was a breeze being that they lock out an elevator for your personal use. I would definitely give this place a 10/10
