I have been a resident here at Modera for almost 2 years now and truly love it here! All the staff is amazing (Crystal did my tour and made the process smooth and easy). The maintenance staff is AMAZING!! My kids and l love it here! Our neighbors makes this place feel like home ?? we look after each other and our kids!

If you’re looking for a new place to call home come and tour Modera Woodbridge and we’ll be glad to call you our neighbors ??

Great place to live!

I absolutely love living in this apartment building! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always responsive to any needs. The building is located in such a convenient area, with easy access to public transportation and an amazing selection of eateries nearby. It's so-so. Noise levels are unexpected. Security needs to be heightened. Residents are irresponsible when it comes to their pets. The price I am paying for a 2bdrm 2bth is unmatched in most of NJ so I am getting a good value but I feel there is a ton of rift raft in this building

Dogs poop and urine everywhere, internet never worked properly, garage filthy, staff friendly, too many add on with payment, you can’t even throw away your own garbage
