In addition, we are conveniently located near all major parkways, public transportation, public beaches and parks with access to the Fire Island Beach communities, Robert Moses State Park as well as sports, fishing, surfing, and senior citizen activities. Bay Shore Gardens is located in the Bay Shore School District. We have a variety of apartment styles to accommodate your needs. Our rooms are large and sunny with large windows with lots of light and lots of closet space. Our apartments have newly renovated kitchens with new appliances, new wall-to-wall carpeting or oak hardwood floors, new vertical blinds, new lighting and new bathroom vanities. great place to live

The Bayshore Gardens was our home for 2.5 years and we will miss it dearly. The apartment was cleanly and enormous with a view overlooking the courtyard. The experience was a positive one and the staff was friendly and helpful during every interaction. If we contacted the emergency line, maintenance was there within 10 minutes and in a pleasant mood to fix the problem regardless of the time of day. The property also has the most beautiful landscaping that makes you appreciate nature everytime... you pass through. The location is ideal with stores in the direct area and sunrise highway right up the block. This is truly a place we will both remember with fond memories and I would recommend it as a great place to live.

Beautiful Place To Live!


We had been living at Bay Shore Gardens for the past 3 years and we loved it. The apartments are spacious with lots of closet space. The kitchens are amazing with new stainless steel appliances. The complex is beautiful at any seasons! It’s pretty much what the name really describes it, a garden. The location is very reliable. You’re less than 5 minutes to Downtown Bay Shore which has lots of places to eat. Everyone at Greenview are a very reliable. If you’re at need of anything, they will be... there for you.

Bay Shore Garden a Hidden Gem

The Bay Shore Garden
Has been a genuine hidden gem.

The apartments are immaculate and are a warm welcoming atmosphere. The surrounding garden are kept to the upmost standards. The manicured lawns are kept consistently.
They are always looking for ways to improve the Bay Shore Garden Complex.
I have the most respect for the Management Office Jennifer and staff, they are willing to listen to you and passionately receive any comments. and on the premises personnel Brian and crew. They go... up and beyond the care of the complex.

There was never a time I was not satisfied with the request I would initiate for repairs and they would comply completely to my request.

I highly recommend Bay Shore Garden for anyone looking to relocate and Begin a Warm Home environment.

Great Stay, Great Location

I lived here for 1 year and throughout that time never had an issue with the apartment, and if I ever needed something small fixed from maintenance I had same-day assistance. Great location with grocery, gas, bars, and hospital all within walking distance. Property management was always quick to respond and helpful when they do. Absolutely recommend!

Love my home!

I have lived at Bay Shore Gardens for the past few months and words can not describe the love I have for my home here! The grounds are meticulously kept, the location is convenient for all, and above all the maintenance crew is spectacular! Brian the superintendent is kind, understanding and empathetic to every situation. He always does what he says he will and delivers on time! I love knowing that I am treated like family here!
