Beautiful but watch out!
I lived here when they first opened in 2016. When I moved in the place still had residue from contractors dust , sheet rock dust, vinyl flooring pieces scattered about , windows were chalky with dust. No big deal I cleaned it , moved everything in. I kept my apartment immaculate. They even used my apartment to show future tenants that’s how beautiful it was kept and decorated. When I moved out, I cleaned the place from top to bottom, polished cabinets , the knobs had everything absolutely... spotless and they took off $200 from my security and said my cabinets were dirty. They also inspected the apartment before my lease was up. So although it was empty and clean, they still went in and inspected it, They probably found a speck of dust just to keep some of my deposit money. I was also paying an extra $25 a month for a pet fee so I could have my dog visit me on a weekend here and there( they stayed with my ex) - . I paid for that nine months and the dogs came 2 times. I then got a puppy, which they gave me a hard time about until I reminded them that I had paid a pet deposit and the $25 a month -they tried to tell me that they weren’t allowing pets anymore while numerous people were moving into the apartments with various sizes of dogs and cats. I called them out on that and then they went silent. They have no idea how to run an apartment complex. There are absolutely zero amenities, except for balcony- you can do better someplace else. Renter beware.

Luxe & Comfortable, the best place to live
I have been a tenant here since early 2019 and I would not want to live anywhere else. This apartment is a gorgeous backdrop for my life and my partner and I are so lucky.
The management is incredible- emails are answered promptly, there are maintenance on-site that fix any issue with ease, and the price point is unbeatable. I moved to the area from Chicago and was hard pressed to find anywhere else that checked a lot of my boxes. Between the spacious floor plans, the option for covered... parking, and the in-unit appliances, this was an easy choice for me, and I have stayed since. Many of our friends and family members enjoy visiting and are always in awe of our space- we hear it all the time, we have the "best" apartment!
The location is also unbeatable. Walking distance to the water, Brewerton's sweet downtown, and less than 20 minutes from all the shops in Clay, Cicero, and Syracuse, you can't beat it! My partner loves it for the proximity to Brewerton Speedway, the marina on the lake, and hiking options no more than an hour, or so, away in the ADK mountains.
We will be sad to move out of this place when we move into our home, but we have been so fortunate to spend a few years at the Contemporary Home Suites.

Don't let the good looks fool you
Do not rent here. Everything seems great at first but then goes downhill. Furnaces constantly lock themselves at certain temperatures and need to be fixed, dryers will start to break and won't get fixed for days because there isn't a maintenance crew on site. If living on the 1st floor, you will hear everything from the people above you. When you go to leave, make sure you take pictures of everything because they will try to take your whole security deposit.

Do not live here.
I had an absolutely horrible experience living here. Do not let your judgement be clouded by the stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, the apartment is poorly made. There was constantly a draft in the master bedroom and living room. The heat in the master bedroom and bathroom did not work from day 1, and the landlord checked it twice and said it was fine. Not only did that happen, but the heat did not work in the dead of winter and we had to wait 24 hours for it to be fixed. On... top of the heat, after 9 months of living there the fire/carbon monoxide detectors were beeping every 15 minutes because the battery was low, which is fine, except you can't reach to change the batteries yourself. They came and changed the batteries on one, and then the other went off. The keypads are pretty convenient, however after living there for a month our door would not shut or lock and had to be fixed twice. When you run the water in the master bedroom it makes a clunking noise the whole time you are showering. If anything goes wrong a pipe burst, heat stops work etc. there is absolutely no emergency number to call, you text the woman at the front desk who in return texts the landlord, then he texts her back, and then she texts you back. There are so many other issues that we had, but take my word for it...they are great to look at and visit, never live here.
