The building has issues from when it was initially built, and it is clear the construction was done with the intention of being fast and cheap. The current property managers and maintenance people are fantastic, and try to address the issues as promptly as they are able, but do not be surprised if some issues from the original build arise.

The complex is very accommodating and the people are very nice. When we have had maintenance requests we have had no problem working with the building to get help! super safe!

Pricing is getting out of hand for what you get. Amenities continue to be inconsistently working. The apartment has been bought by multiple property management companies over the year and there doesn’t appear to be any benefits or loyalty for long term tenants.
