I really enjoy the neighborhood vibe and courtesy I have experienced with the office staff and maintenance staff. My dog gets so excited when he sees “Mr. Chuck”, our head of maintenance, who is always so kind and goes above and beyond. It feels like a community who genuinely cares about each other , a refreshing contrast to complexes I’ve previously lived at in the Charleston area.

The area has become the quiet place it was when I first moved in. There’s good communication between the front office and the tenants. There’s always room for improvement when it comes to maintenance but overall, good area.
