How Is This Rating Determined?

5/5/22

Not what advertising indicates

The condo is not well kept. Mold is taking over the siding. Needless to say, siding hasn’t been cleaned in years. Landscaping crew does a poor job. Roads that were paved a couple years ago now have pot holes. The AHOA Board is mostly investors - I believe against the By-Laws. They don't seem to actually care about upkeep of this property. They jacked up the Regime Fee for a 3-BR from $215.22 to $342.06. They did that without notice and by adding the $126.84 we were paying for a Special... Assessment. Likewise, they increased Fee for 2-BR. The reasoning was “to maintain the property properly, and prevent it from reverting back to its previous dilapidated state.” The property is still dilapidated. Board assumed the special assessment “did not pose a financial hardship on Homeowners who has been able to pay the special assessment thus far”. They didn’t take into account there were many homeowners who struggled to pay the Special Assessment and many were behind in payments. So, I just stay inside my Unit and do my best to ignore what goes on outside my place.
