I moved in october of 2024 told i was going to get a door the next day i move in.. its now april 2025 i still have not gotten my door, my heat was broken for 2 weeks!!! maintenance is horrible!!!! my toilet and tub it’s stopped up. They don’t clean the walls before you move in!& the people in the office is so rude , find something better don’t move into these apartments!!

Brett is a constant professional and a 1st class worker! He is prompt, personable, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure any issues that arise are addressed and handled immediately. Definitely knows what he's doing and does a great job! I appreciate all the hard work not only Brett, but the entire staff do each and every day! I intend to continue renting here at The Grove and I strongly recommend this community to anyone looking for housing in the Columbia area. In some ways,... your property management team can make or break your living experience and with the staff working here, it’s definitely making my living experience enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier!
