Since going under new management, the management has a very negative attitude towards the renters. They stop remolding and painting just to start evictions on a lot of renters. This is a nice place and I have a good apartment. I think the rent is reasonable considering the size. Also the location is very good.

I really like the new manager Vernice! They are cleaning up the property. I don't use the pool but it looks good and I bet the kids like it. I would recommend this place to others to rent.

I have lived in my current apartment for less than a month. Tanglewood was a blessing to me. I was looking for a month for a place to live within my budget and they popped up in my search. You can't find a place now that includes water, cable, sewer, and trash in the monthly rent rate. And you definitely can't find a place that will care about you as much as Bob and his office manager, Kathy do. Bob hooked up my washer and dryer for me while I was at work!
