This lovely ground floor apartment has wood look tile flooring throughout, high end stainless steel appliances, coastal modern furnishing and more! For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. Relax or dine on the front porch which features a teak dining table, Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Guests have an outdoor shower for washing off beach sand. Wifi, extended cable package, smart TV and all utilities are included. Bedroom configuration: Primary bedroom with Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom and second bedroom with twin beds. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall.

No pets. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property, including outside on the property grounds. The entire property is 100% smoke/vape-free.

No parties or events, of any size, are allowed at any time, per IOP regulations. No guests without owner/management approval.
