The Boulevard has many things going for it. Conveniently located in Central Mt. Pleasant. Functional and attractive floor pains. Units in excellent condition including kitchen appliances. Friendly residents. Would recommend and I plan on renewing my lease.

I was initially pleased with my residency at the boulevard. However, when I needed to move urgently because of a problem with the apartment that was not caused by me, I was not well supported for the move and was moved into an apartment with myriad issues that did not get addressed despite my repeated requets.
