Maintenace Sucks !!!
The staff are very friendly and helpful, but when it comes to actually needing maintenance done no one responds!
Our vinyl on our cabinets is completely coming off, I am assuming multiple other residences as well since they sent out an email regarding cabinet inspection for the vinyl. Yet it has been months, and nothing has been fixed. You email them regarding it, no one responds. You put in a maintenance request; it gets cleared as done but never gets done! We pay a lot monthly, and our... cabinets look terrible, mind you it is just a piece of particle board underneath. It looks janky when guests come over and at this point it is ridiculous. This is the new company which has taken over recently too so no excuses.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The cabinet issues are due to a manufacturer defect. We have continued communication with residents as it becomes available, and we are in the process of replacing them. We’ve conducted inspections on all units to... ensure accurate measurements for the new cabinet doors because all of the defective doors have to be remade. This process does take time. We will send an update once they are delivered and ready to install. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this is out of the control of our maintenance & team.
