Safe decent area, lived here several years. Landscaping is needed to be upgraded and more trees trimmed. New parking is ok but didn’t really change the lack of space in Autumnwood.

The trash is a huge problem. The dog poop everywhere is also a huge problem. People refuse to clean up after their animals and it is disgusting. It smells bad in the summer and kids step in it. The dog park is destroyed, the pool water is dirty and poorly maintained in the pool season. My son gets ear infections after swimming in the dirty water. Grown adults get drunk and use the pool as a bathroom and it makes the water disgusting. They are raising our rent $300 a month(we have lived here for... almost 6 years) they have never raised it by more than 80 or 100 bucks. Do not live here. You will regret it.

Perfect location, safe, and clean. Issues with trash and amenities sometimes, and lots being renovated. This year and the last have been a great price.
