Office staff friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and well lit. The location is perfect for getting most anywhere in Knoxville in short order. Quiet country living near everything you need.

very helpful, knowledgeable office staff. Grounds are well kept. It’s quiet. I felt at home as soon as I moved in. I’ve had a seamless experience moving in, and hope to stay here for a long, long time.
