We have had a rough start since moving here in October. We have called and requested, more than once, about getting new kitchen appliance as our are outdated and not working properly. We were told after 15 days late on rent, they will file for eviction and charge an extra $550, which is their choice; however, the haste is not there when it comes to maintaining the apartments or the offices ability to handle questions in a timely manner. We have a window upstairs that isn’t installed properly,... our door has a huge gap and we have watched several spiders and other bugs come through, and the cabinets and floors all need to be replaced. The amenities are good, not great… also, if you have an emergency you get sent to a phone answering service across seas and the put an order in for you, you don’t actually get to talk to anyone.
