The leasing process was smooth and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. When we first moved in, we experienced some pretty significant issues under the previous management team. However, since the new management has taken over, Lacey has been working to help get everything resolved.

I had the opportunity to meet with the new property manager, Lacey, and she genuinely seems committed to making things better for the residents. She’s clearly working hard—putting in long hours and... actively listening to concerns from the community.

Work orders are now being handled much more quickly, and we’ve already seen several positive changes, including new mailboxes, a beautiful new pickleball court, and ongoing upgrades inside the units that make a huge difference. We’re really looking forward to seeing how the community continues to improve in the coming months!
