Avoid at all costs
I lived here from January 2023- July 2024. Unfortunately, management changed earlier this year and the quality of the building went down significantly after.
After the change, the concierge table is much less frequently staffed, and general upkeep has declined.
Worst still - the hand off between companies was managed poorly. Autopay settings were not carried over, and the new management chose instead to send notices of late payment instead. In addition - they did not maintain move-in... inspection records and asked me to pay for previous damage that I had noted on the form at move-in.
Also one last note - during cold times the building heat cannot keep up. This winter the pipes froze and water was shut off for a few days. In addition - as other reviews noted, the parking garage gates have barely worked at all in the last few months. I had to resort to parking outside.
Unfortunately I must now say that you should absolutely avoid this building. A shame to see it go downhill so badly.
