Do not Recommend
I am a current resident at The Grand. The new management has just dissolved the concierge service completely despite this being the amenity that led many residents to lease here. There’s is no representative onsite any longer. Because of this, there are now homeless people in the garage, car break ins, packages laying all around the building for anyone to grab, and an overall lack of safety. I’m not sure what other amenities they will completely dissolve or start charging for next. This place... has been going downhill for the past year. Stay far away. I’d recommend The Bowen for an actual luxury experience in the Domain. Or one of the more affordable buildings as they probably have the same amenities this place has now. Really sad to see this place so mismanaged.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we understand your frustration regarding recent changes. The decision to transition away from the concierge service was not made lightly, and while we recognize that this... amenity was valued by many residents, we remain dedicated to ensuring a secure and well-managed living environment.
Although concierge service is no longer available, resident safety remains a top priority. Our building remains fully fob-controlled, and we are actively exploring additional security enhancements, including new entry access solutions. We understand that community security is an ongoing effort, and we encourage residents to report any concerns so we can work together to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. We have worked diligently to ensure our garage doors are secured properly after a resident enters with their specific access as well as have numerous cameras about in the event a break in occurs and management to be notified so we can take the immediate action and take the next steps.
We also recognize that changes within a community can lead to uncertainty, and we want to assure you that our team is committed to enhancing the overall resident experience. If there are specific concerns you’d like to discuss, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and provide further insight into our ongoing efforts.
